"We loved working with Heidi to cater our rehearsal dinner! We wanted to have the dinner on June Lake Beach in the Eastern Sierra and thankfully, she and her team were willing to make the trip with their mobile kitchen!
Her menu of offerings all worked well together, so we didn’t have to do much work choosing what we wanted.
On the day of, her team was at the site and set up well before anyone arrived, ready with appetizers for our guests to enjoy before dinner. The dinner itself was so delicious! Everything was so flavorful and beautifully displayed. We did not have to worry about anything because Heidi and her team were so prepared and accommodating.
Also, if you need any backcountry suggestions, Heidi has also worked as a wilderness ranger for Yosemite!"
