I’ve been passionate about food and the natural world for as long as I can remember. I started working for the National Park Service on the trail crew when I was 21, which allowed me to explore the Yosemite backcountry and solidified my commitment to the wildness of the natural world. This lifestyle enabled me to shoulder a backpack and travel extensively throughout the Americas, Asia, Australia, Europe, and Northern Africa, honing my appreciation of the diversity of cultures and cuisines.

Catering and working as a personal chef has been the perfect opportunity for me to pair my love of cooking with my enjoyment of entertainment, travel, and nature. My staff and I have a proud history of delivering truly exquisite cuisine for any occasion, accompanied by innovative and dedicated service.
